A collection of thoughts on whatever topic is currently in my head. Really just the sleeve notes of the album cover that is my brain. Enjoy!

Pretty good stuff, jb! Although I think that past traumatic events can plant seeds that are lifealtering and have longlasting repercussions I, like you, don't think society bears any responsibility to give people a pass because "they were diddled" as you said (or whatever other excuse comes up).By the way, if you'll tolerate a linguist geek for a second, I've noticed a recurring transposition in your writings. As I think you're the kind of guy who doesn't mind a little tinkering for improved mileage, I'll lay it on you. The expression that indicatessomeone's habitual behavior s "She was wont to say" rather than "She was want." Homophonic but spelledwith an 'o'.Peace be with you!jp
i missed that Leno! Thanks for sharing the clip. Very funny. Don't most people roll their eyes now at that old "I was drinking" excuse? It's wearing thin with me! You just put it in much better words than I can!thanks!bon
